Intro
I don’t hear any intro even when I have my volume up all the way. Please help.

I am sorry you had issues. It may be that you have to wait until the audio intro is complete to start the game.

Thank you for your feedback. As you stated, in order for game play to start a user must allow for the introduction to finish. This feature was designed and approved by VHA Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Not working
I downloaded the game and as soon as I started level 1 it says press play to start but it won’t start.

Thank you for your feedback. As designed and approved by VHA Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) user must allow for the introduction to finish before game play is allowed. This step was designed intentionally in order to force user to listen to the introduction as the same allows user to understand what to expect during game play.
