Easy to use

I have found the app easy to use for any claim submissions and for online services. It is much more convenient than the website as I can upload receipts (via photos etc) easily.

Not even able to use the app

Won’t even allow me to open the app, requires me to allow cookies for the app to function…. They are enabled.

Needs fixing as we’re paying near €3,000 for VHI, we’d expect a functioning app with real reviews.

Have reinstalled it multiple times and it appears this app has a critical bug and is not functional on my device. I have read the reviews and portion of them do not seem genuine as all make the same general statement “Easy to use”. Quite contradictory to my experience and many others I have seen in the real reviews.
