Worst camera out there
Would give 0 stars if I could. It works for about 30 seconds then it freezes or just shows offline. Image quality is horrible in day and night. Avoid at all cost! Plenty of cameras on the market now for under $20 that will easily surpass this poor quality camera

Camera won’t set up
I’ve done everything to try and set this camera up. Nothing works even tried setting up a hotspot makes its own Internet. But doesn’t work.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!
The app crashes a lot while trying to set it up. Also, it’s not an easy set up at ALL. DO NOT TRY TO BE CHEAP ON THIS. JUST GO ON AMAZON.

As another reviewer said this has got to be the worst app ever. You cannot check the camera without constantly having to reset or it will simply freeze. When the camera works it’s great it’s just sad the app itself doesn’t. Now I’m constantly getting notifications to update when there is nothing to update. Trash not worth it.

Waste of an app
It’s in Chinese and don’t sync with device and no English instructions. UPDATE Watch YouTube it explains how to do it. And congratulations to wifi after and change password so no one can tap into it. Ps please up date your app it’s out dated

The app does not have the up arrow available to press because the app covers it
Nice App with a flaw.
I can do just about anything came with my PTZ model. The app has a feature supporting a total of 8 pan/tilt preset positions, is not taken in effect. Doesn’t matter what I do configured the preset in various manner, it cannot execute the preset. What a shame. Dear developer if you see this feedback please investigate and reply.

Some features need work
Alerts are slow. Could be software or could be the camera itself. This APP (comes with camera) does not show the PTZ, the Cam365 APP (does not come with camera) does that but it does not communicate either. Camera video show reddish or purple tint to it.
Worthless! Don’t waste your money
I bought four cameras. I was able to install it and see for five minutes and now it just keeps reading off-line. They are absolutely worthless and a waste of money and there is no help and no way to get your money back.

The menu for cameras had a button to open the light, but when I updated it, it disappeared and I could not open the camera light. Do you know how to return it?
