Love the staff. They’re my “Cheers” location, just with punk rock playing in the background. Food is always spectacular, and drinks are not too sweet, and do no skip the booze.

Had to download an app, create an account, recreate my entire order in order to use a gift card. Ridiculous.
Points expire after 90 days
The food is great every time. The service is hit or miss, but this point system they have is ridiculous. Your points expire after 90 days. You 1 point per $. We always get the Detroit style carnivore and that requires 500 points. Deleting the app.

A truly customer focused restaurant! Friendly, attentive staff, always accommodating, excellent dine in atmosphere, super attentive take out staff. The mobile app is easy enough to navigate quickly. Oh, and of course the salads and pizza are “Like totally to die for!” Yummy, delicious!

Fix Forgot Password Flow
Downloaded for $10 discount. Tried to create new account but apparently had an account already. Went thru Forgot Password flow several & never received email to reset (yes, I checked spam).
Janky App
Works to order, but that’s about it. Offers / promo codes don’t work well. The initial $10 for signup didn’t work for me, then later a different promo also didn’t work for me. The loyalty program doesn’t give any real rewards until you’ve spent hundreds and the points reset every 90 days.
