Be careful
Had my account here for years and I went to go check it, but some of the numbers weren’t adding up correctly. I thought it may have been hacked, but it was so subtle that it was almost unnoticeable and I have literally been kicked out of my account with in four hours. Moral of the story I thought I had a really good banking app, but maybe I don’t if somebody can hack into into it and have me kicked out within four hours, and I have proof of all of this. I feel like that is to be said.

Poopy app
98% of the time I try to log into the app I get “Server Error. A server error has occurred. Please try again in a few minutes.”

There shouldn’t be an error every time I try to get on that stops me from actually using the app.
Need facial recognition
The app is great but does not support facial recognition sign in. This was very disappointing when I updated to my new iPhone 12. Please add facial recognition for sign in.
Newest version doesn’t work
Since the latest upgrade I have struggled to use the app. There are repeated messages ‘failure to load data’. Phone calls to the credit union have not solved the problem.
Terrible Update
The new update is very confusing to use. It is unclear and the design is terrible. The app forced me to change my password and it will not allow me to use Face ID to log in. I am getting tired of having to enter my username and password and waiting for a text with a code in it before I can log. The old app was quick and convenient. I’m very disappointed!

Great app
I have had no issues and I’ve been using this app for years. Mobile deposits, changing from account to account, transferring funds; it’s all made easy with this simple app.
What the poop stack
Since the update this morning it won’t let me into the app. It wouldnt let be in because i hadn’t updated and then it wouldn’t let me in because “error loading settings”
Since covid 19 not working
I had to remove it then reload it what a pain

This is the only app I can never use after many tries following their directions for a few years. I cannot imagine anyone can use it.

I've been waiting for this for awhile now! I hate having to go through the whole website just to get to my account when I want to check my balances. This is great! Keep up with the design of other apps and it will easily be 5 stars!
Great Start, but seriously dated app design.
The app is very functional and runs well, my only negative is about the look of the app. The interface looks like something from Windows 3.1
Overall it's still a functioning and stable app, just hope they hire a real UI designer for a future version.

A mobile app for checking accounts Is always super useful.
About time!
I'm so happy Via finally decided to go mobile. The app needs cleaned up a bit, just to make it look cleaner and more sleek. I do like the graphs it helps you look at your money a whole new way. Can't wait to see the next update :)
Finally!
Via has made some awesome improvements in the last few months, first with their new website, and finally a mobile app! I would love to see a check scanning feature, and the ability to transfer money to another member's account included in this app in the future, that would make it perfect. Thanks for the app.

A great app. Thanks to VIA for providing this for their members. The only downside I've seen so far is you have to enter your password each time you open it.
