What's New in Vibe Source

1.4.2

July 16, 2026

The feed keeps getting sharper — and it's leaning hard into what you can actually build. Now every insight pairs the idea with the exact unlock behind it: a new API, model, or tool that just made it possible. Less "here's some news," more "wait, I could build that." Same calm feed, a steady stream of finds — made for builders chasing their next big app idea.

Great app!

This app is great for staying up to date with Claude and other AI tools

Good concept but needs work

I installed Vibe Source hoping for a clean way to keep up with Claude Code workflows and AI tooling news without digging through Twitter and Discord threads. The idea behind the app is great, but the current experience feels incomplete.

Right now the feed doesn’t show the original sources for the items it aggregates, and there’s no way to open or read the full article or discussion. Without source links or full content, it’s hard to verify information or dive deeper into anything interesting.

A few improvements that would make the app much more useful:
• Show the original source (tweet, blog post, GitHub discussion, etc.)
• Allow opening the full article or thread from within the app
• Add basic context like author, platform, and publication date

The concept of a curated “AI dev signal feed” is genuinely valuable — especially for people working with Claude Code. If source transparency and full-content access were added, this could become a really useful tool.

Response from developer

Hey, I appreciate you trying the app. Upon your feedback, I added the original sources for most insight cards, wherever applicable. You're now able to open that source as well and see the original post. Your points about verifying information are quite valid, and so thats why I decided to add this feature. Right now the sources are primarily from social media, but I plan to expand to more diverse sources as I keep iterating. Regarding author and platform, I figured if you have the source link, that solves most of the problems regarding verifying truth, transparency, etc. as it takes you to the source with the author and platform. I hope you'll give the app another try and continue getting value in the future, as I will continue to iterate it more towards the liking of my audience.
