This app no longer seems to work, will not log in. Disappointing as I’d previously had quite a bit of fun on there.

Won’t let me login or sign up as a new user
It will no longer take my userid and password. Nor Facebook logon. Nor Apple logon. Nor will it let me sign up as a new user. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it and that didn’t fix it either.
So there’s no way to use the app. I wonder if they’ve discontinued it.

Terrible customer service
I do not like the audio library it does not do it for me. I requested a cancellation of my subscription well in advance of the renewal date. They ignored my request and charged me then refused to give me a refund. They said they never received my communications! I provided evidence through screenshots but they ignored it, as if I had fabricated it. I also took part in the survey , they had promised a 40% discount and credit. The code did not work and they never responded. Terrible customer service.
