Won’t let me login or sign up as a new user
It will no longer take my userid and password. Nor Facebook logon. Nor Apple logon. Nor will it let me sign up as a new user. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it and that didn’t fix it either.
So there’s no way to use the app. I wonder if they’ve discontinued it.

Terrible customer service
I do not like the audio library it does not do it for me. I requested a cancellation of my subscription well in advance of the renewal date. They ignored my request and charged me then refused to give me a refund. They said they never received my communications! I provided evidence through screenshots but they ignored it, as if I had fabricated it. I also took part in the survey , they had promised a 40% discount and credit. The code did not work and they never responded. Terrible customer service.

I bought to have the Bluetooth feature from my phone, it works well when you are not moving but it did the job.

Crashes on opening
It used to work okay, but now I can’t get it to even open
Still broken
Sadly the app is still not great. Have to reopen the app after downloading or listening to 1 audio book as it refuses to download or play another. Tried the paid option hoping it would fix some issues and offer some more excitement, it was a total waste of money as I got nothing from it.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is so bad my wife will be right in the middle of what we are doing then the toy will just disconnect I’ve tried what I have found on google on how to fix it but no fix’s so trash right now
Ok toy, bad connection
Like everyone else has said, the toy doesn’t stay connected. I’ve tried it long distance and with a partner in the same room. It keeps dropping which ruins the mood when you’re in the middle of things! If it wasn’t for that issue, I think it would be fine.

Wonderful ldr app
It’s a great idea. I love using it with my long distance partner. App wise, it definitely works better than others like lovenseremote or we vibe app in terms of ldr. Hope to see more things coming up for ldr couples like me.

I love Vibease very much even though there are some bugs in the app, the long distance control works like a charm for us. I am not really into those audio stories, but some of them are pretty sexy too. Overall, a very nice product.

Some bugs but fixed with updates
I love the toy and the app. Sometimes bug problem but overall good. Latest version fixed most of my new iphone bugs. My s/o likes to ask me to read something while he is controlling the toy for me, sweet and fun tease. Lol

Simple to use and easy connect to the toy. The Vibease toy is cute and discreet, works reallly well when you have some hot audiobooks to set the mood. Worth every penny! Highly recommended.
