VibeMeeting

VibeMeeting is a local-first meeting transcription and notes app for turning recordings into structured meeting records. Record a meeting, import an existing audio file, follow the transcript as it is created, and review speaker labels while the conversation is still fresh. After the meeting, VibeMeeting organizes the result into topics, key points, decisions, action items, risks, and open questions. Key features: - Record meetings or import audio files - Create transcripts with speaker labels - Review structured summaries by topic - Track decisions, tasks, risks, and open questions - View translations while keeping the original transcript and summary intact - Export Markdown meeting notes and audio files - Check local model installation status - Keep meeting data and audio files stored locally Transcripts and audio files are stored on the device by default. If you choose VibeMeeting API summarization or translation, meeting text and the context needed for those features may be sent over HTTPS. Raw audio files are not automatically uploaded. VibeMeeting helps reduce the time spent reconstructing what happened after a meeting, so teams can move from discussion to decisions and next steps faster.
