Need update app
The alarm vibration is excellent, but the app needs fixing bugs. For example, I set the alarm to turn on, but somehow, it turned off by itself, making me late for work.
UPDATE: Can't travel with it and app still needs work
Shaker works GREAT. However, the app needs major improvement. I keep it under the mattress, so I need the app to turn the shaker off after it goes off. The notification did not pop up when the shaker went off. Then the app was “annoyed” because my phone was on 5G. 🙄 The device is on 2G, but it shouldn’t matter when the phone switches over to 5G. I haven’t had this issue with my other smart devices in the house.
UPDATE AS OF 9/9/2024: You cannot travel with this shaker! I'm sitting in a hotel and unable to use this because it wants to connect to WiFi. Surely the programmers can make an exception to this rule! This shaker is USELESS while traveling.

VibroSaver generally works well, with a few issues.
The VibroSaver works well generally. I live in Scotland and my mother is in Los Angeles California and I can use it to wake her up through the WiFi and internet. That is great as she is almost deaf and if she takes out her hearing aids she can’t hear anything. The vibration are strong and work well if touched into her pillowcase.
However, the software occasionally stops working, disappears from the phone and needs to be reinstalled to access the VibroSaver making it not dependable. This has happened with my brothers iphone, my mother’s iphone and my iphone a few times each. We reinstall it and put it back on our home screens, but it continues to happen. Unfortunately, my mother is not tech saved and does not know how to re-install it each time and as I live in Scotland, I can’t just pop over and over fix it, which means she needs to contact me each time she wants it set for a time or turned off after it has woken her up.
When I do set it, it works well at waking her as it has a strong vibration yesterday ca. even be heard over and through the security cameras in her house.
We do recommend it, but be aware, it does take vigilance to keep the software working consistently.

Device is great, App not reliable
I used to love the certainty of waking up with the VibroSaver, but the App hasn’t been update in 2 years. There are bugs. Often, all the set alarms will be deleted and then no wake-up on time…None At All! The company has only worked on the app for their battery powered shake by another name, but I want the plugin to be certain to wake-up. Will they just abandon their app for the battery version? I will avoid purchasing other smart products from them from now on.

Faulty app, but great alarm
I absolutely love this alarm! Nothing has ever been loud enough to wake me up, but this does every time. I give it three stars because the app doesn’t always keep the time you set it to. Sometimes I’ll set it for 6:00, but when I wake up it’s still set at a different time. It’s very frustrating, especially when it causes me to be late for work.
