Tv ads every 5 mins and they freeze sometimes
Tv ads every 5 mins is the biggest problem. I can’t get through one episode without wanting to turn it off. And they freeze sometimes, Ya I don’t think I can get through the whole season of Q and I really like the show. I’ll watch it when it doesn’t have ads someday I guess. Not sure why they purposely ruined the shows with so many commercials.

Buggy, broken app
As stated by multiple reviews, the Vice TV app is so riddled with bugs that it is rendered nonfunctional. The developer seems to have neglected the app, given that the last update was >1 year ago, despite repeated reviews specifically describing persistent and pervasive bugs.
Apple should remove this from the App Store until the developers demonstrate some baseline competence with regards to addressing these show stoping bugs.

Will some TV Network please fund this channel I heard they filed bankruptcy
Because right now this is the time when like all the good reporting would happen with virus but there’s nothing because I heard they filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy and I haven’t seen any new Contin come except like weird horoscope emails once a week and so I guess they’ve just resorted to web news but that’s just really depressing

Absolute worst app I’ve ever downloaded
Since i bought the first iPhone, this has been the worst app I’ve ever downloaded (the Vice Apple TV app is just as terrible) anytime i try to log into my tv provider, i get a server error.
If I try to use a free pass, sometimes the video loads, other times it doesn’t. If the video doesn’t load and you try to close the app and go back in, it takes away one free pass. If the video does actually play, you can’t pause, rewind or fast forward because none of the buttons respond. After the first few minutes, an ad plays then once the ad is over, the show restarts from the beginning. Sometimes the volume works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Its done this on multiple phones and multiple iOS versions. It’s absolute trash.

Too many bugs and commercials to actually use
When watching a show, after you make it through the commercials, you lose the video functions like seek, play, and pause. Then when it goes to yet another commercial, the audio of the show is still playing along with the commercial! It can’t save your spot in your show, so you’re always starting from scratch and seeking - until you lose the seek function and are simply stuck.

It’s the year 2023. What in my opinion is, we live in a on demand world with entertainment 🌎 and entertainment only 🇺🇸 🌎 you use the vice app the way it’s designed. And vice tv app is cool 😎
Impossible to use
This app repeatedly crashes. I can’t watch more than 10 minutes of a show before it crashes. It is missing basic functions, like the ability to search for a show. Also, having only one advertisement play over and over is very irritating.
Literally the worst
Don’t bother trying to pause or choose another episode to watch because it won’t let you. The app is horrible and there are so many glitches that make it impossible to watch any content. Yet they clearly don’t care.
Freezes more than plays
App constantly freezes up. Doesn’t save TV provider from one use to the next. Not user friendly at all. It would be nice to watch the content, but the app barely ever works.
Pause and play? Nope. Basic functions don’t work
This app is awful. If you minimize and reopen the app, the buttons to resume playback disappear half the time. You have to leave the video and come back, and then it will punish you with relentless, repetitive ads. Vice, DO BETTER.

the app doesn’t even allow to not have commercials when you sign in with cable info and there isn’t anyway to pause, rewind , or fast forward ANYTHING and if you try to skip to where you left at it’ll start from the advertisements and hoping you can fast forward

This app blows
Do not get this. Video player freezes randomly and you have no way of getting back to where you were. Vice TV, you should be ashamed that this app is still in use.
Vice fell off
Vice used to be cool, now they’re not. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to watch full episodes of the content they spend money on producing. The app is unusable and probably hasn’t been updated since they released it on the app store. Also, bring back KOTR. Not cool vice… not cool.

Horrible ViceTV app
This app is beyond horrible. Even when login in with my provider can’t watch anything old or new. What tops it off that is so bad with app is customer service is even worse. I email them back and forth and then making me doing all work and blaming me and my provider, when real problem is them. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Shameful

Very poor user interface/very unresponsive. Also no way to properly search for shows. Pretty bad.
Awful app.
Impossible to log into a TV provider. It will simply just not load the page to log in. Doesn’t matter what provider you select. Good luck trying to use a free pass. You will try to use one but it will use all of them. When you start a video you better just keep watching because if you try to pause then it will just stop working and start the video over. Just a terrible awful experience. Vice doesn’t seem to care because nothing has been done for close to a year. The last update didn’t help at all. Fix your app so we can watch your content! Forcing us to sail the high seas…
