Unable to use reward points
After receiving a number of emails from Vic’s Meat Direct advertising items we often buy, I tried to place an order through the Vic’s meat app. When I came to the checkout I was unable to add my reward points as I wasn’t logged in. After logging in my order was no longer available. When I tried to order the same items only beef was available. I had wanted to order some lamb items as well. I could find lamb on the site but only after searching, and then the link to add the items to the cart wouldn’t work. Finally I went back to my first order, where I wasn’t logged in but where I could at least order everything I wanted, but was unable to add any reward points. What’s happened to your app? It used to function really well. I have been a member for a number of years and currently have a large number of reward points. But I didn’t think I had to restrict what I bought in order to use them.
