Es schreiben einem immer wieder die gleichen Entwickler die gleiche Nachricht. Keine Antwort kommt zurück. Die Kündigung ist verdammt kompliziert, der Support E-Mail-Kontakt schrecklich und hält ein hin, damit man mehr Zeit verplempert und dadurch die Mitgliedschaft verlängert wird.
Absoluter Horror, lasst bloß die Finger davon!!!

Cuidado que para darla de baja es un suplicio , no lo puedes hacer automáticamente desde la app, a no ser q hagas el pago con Apple Pay. Los usuarios son todos maquinistas o personas falsas

Try at your own risk!!!! I joined up and every profile seemed to be fake. I started talking with a couple of women and they turned out to be scammers. The one tried to get me to help them get their gold out of storage that they had from their jewelry business. The other ones within a little while were all asking for money for various things that they needed. One of them said that they had closed their account and that it was the only one they were talking with. I went on and say that their profile showed as being online all the time. I created a fake profile and sure enough they messaged me.

L’app è carina ma si capisce dopo 1 giorno di utilizzo che i profili sono completamente fake. Senza abbonamento non si fa nulla. Appena si paga si ricevono visite e messaggi senza senso fatti solo per dare una parvenza di servizio. Evitate di abbonarvi è una truffa

The interface and the concept are quite good. Although without premium membership you cannot use it smoothly, the payment process ok and doesn’t too expensive. But I think the app is full with test profiles or bots who rarely write to you some usual text but never answer your question. I cannot proof that but it’s a shame to keep contact with a dozen people but neither of them send proper message.

Account Closed Without Given a specific Reason 1 hour after paying for memebership
This is the WIRST customer service I have even seen bar maybe one other app.
1 hour after paying for a membership at over $100, I had my account closed with no specific reason given other than I had violated a policy.
They’re supposed to give you a warning first. I wasn’t given any warning whatsoever. And they won’t tell you specifically what part of the policy I violated.
Absolute worst ever.
I’m complaining to apple. And the Ombudsman here in Australia.
