In-store pickup is an absolute disaster. 5 for $35 sale! Wow! Good luck finding 5 things available in the right size. Oh well I will just ship to store. Oh wait! They don't allow that! Can I get something discreetly shipped to my home? Absolutely not! The package or bag will be plainly and loudly labeled; sufficient enough for a neighbor to identify from a football field away. This dynamic is so mind numbingly stupid, absolutely bafflingly dumb, such an immense oversight to the extent that I wonder if corporate managers are literally lobotomized gold fish or they just deliberately want to decrease revenue. Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, are you dumb?

I’m being still heavily damaged mentally, financially, and physically from the data breach in 2024 and have had no help at all and my app is stuck with 2024-2025 rights reserved and my orders have all been rerouted but say canceled on my app

Worst experience recently
I’m trying to make a purchase, but every time I try to access my account, I get the same error message: “We can’t provide service right now. Please come back later.”
I contacted customer support multiple times, but they showed no interest in actually resolving the issue. They simply told me they had reset my account and asked me to try logging in again later. Unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been fixed.
It’s extremely frustrating to deal with this, especially when I’m trying to make a purchase. At this point, it really doesn’t seem worth wasting any more time on this app.

Its always glitching and NEVER lets me check out. I always have to login on a browser and then check out. Hate the app so much.
Tracking
I already have an email that I use in my account. I signed up for marketing emails on a different email that I signed up for on both email addresses. They have the same code. How is that? Also, when I called CS and they looked up my phone number that other email that I don’t use is not linked to my account but the accounts have the same purchases, etc but they’re not linked. How is this possible? Is it some type of tracking since I signed up from the device I normally use on my account?

annoying popup
Regular functions work fine, but I cannot understand why every single time I go into the app I get the cookies popup. It is incredibly annoying and no matter what I choose it just keeps appearing.
Change in panty
I have been buying these panties for decades, and I am so disappointed. They are not 100% cotton anymore. There’s a lot of other fabrics in them and they are not the same. Please bring back the originals!!!
