Recently have been experiencing battery heat while using the app
Wishlist
This is a great app however the fact that you can only wishlist up to 150 items completely tanks the user value. There are constantly collections coming out and I’d like to wishlist the items I might buy without having to remove other items I spent time trying to find to make sure they’re the right style, color, and fabric material.

Awful at checkout
The app hasn’t let me checkout various times each time just says error.
Can’t access my credit card balance
The “Link My Account” button doesn’t work. I can’t link my account and can’t see my balance. This app never works! Why don’t they hire competent professionals or take note from other businesses apps that actually work?!
Credit Card
It sucked logging in to pay the credit card. I’ve been having it for years and now it’s been a couple of weeks where I cant even log in. Not going to be using the card anymore. Don’t get the credit card!!
Fix this app
I can no longer get into the app to review or make my credit card payment thru the app! You keep making changes to the security that it non-functional now FIX IT ASAP

Credit is just pointless
There’s no true point of apply for a credit card if you get one they can lower your limit and they will not increase it no matter how long you are with them. I been loyal for 3 plus years with a 100 credit card and I shop every month
“Link my Card” Button in App Does Nothing
Button in-app to link my VS Credit Card does NOTHING….
We should have card access & everything in-app, not get redirected to browser.
I just want to see my balance, avail. cred., & be able to submit payment all in the app.
Also, I should be able to make an instant payment with a debit card instead of it only accepting bank account and taking days to fully process

Update sucks
You all do an update and now you can’t even check your credit card balance because it wants you to link your account to what??? You shouldn’t have to link anything just to be able to check your VS card balance!! All you guys did was make the app worse!! Do better!! This update sucks and is terrible!!

I can't check out
It's not allowing to log into my account or even pay I have been trying to checkout my order but there's always a failure and I can't purchase my items

Idk if it’s just me that’s struggling but my app doesn’t load anything. I keep having to use safari to check my account and view my order process

The app works well enough. My only problem is that it over heats my phone and drains my battery.

In-store pickup is an absolute disaster. 5 for $35 sale! Wow! Good luck finding 5 things available in the right size. Oh well I will just ship to store. Oh wait! They don't allow that! Can I get something discreetly shipped to my home? Absolutely not! The package or bag will be plainly and loudly labeled; sufficient enough for a neighbor to identify from a football field away. This dynamic is so mind numbingly stupid, absolutely bafflingly dumb, such an immense oversight to the extent that I wonder if corporate managers are literally lobotomized gold fish or they just deliberately want to decrease revenue. Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, are you dumb?

Realicé varios pedidos días anteriores y hoy me han cobrado una propina que en ningún momento di autorización de 2,500 pesos. Es un robo porque hoy no he pedido nada y se supone que el total lo dice antes de pagar y lo pagué. Sin autorización no me pueden cobrar

App is pink and red and I can’t place orders
I’m being still heavily damaged mentally, financially, and physically from the data breach in 2024 and have had no help at all and my app is stuck with 2024-2025 rights reserved and my orders have all been rerouted but say canceled on my app
