Worst experience recently
I’m trying to make a purchase, but every time I try to access my account, I get the same error message: “We can’t provide service right now. Please come back later.”
I contacted customer support multiple times, but they showed no interest in actually resolving the issue. They simply told me they had reset my account and asked me to try logging in again later. Unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been fixed.
It’s extremely frustrating to deal with this, especially when I’m trying to make a purchase. At this point, it really doesn’t seem worth wasting any more time on this app.

Upgrades 17 or … 12 isn’t enough
I’d rather find a nice pair of panties than buy a new iPhone with a perfectly flawless face and no damage to it but to use your new app , I have to get a 17? Ok

I’m shop here very often. I think it’s a little bit pricey. But the brand is worth it. I like to have things that are in style and bash. And presentable. In this also be within my budget with the sales promo codes.
Victoria Secret App is hard to update
I’m an existing member for over a decade and it won’t let me log in on the app.
Never lets me check out
Its always glitching and NEVER lets me check out. I always have to login on a browser and then check out. Hate the app so much.
Tracking
I already have an email that I use in my account. I signed up for marketing emails on a different email that I signed up for on both email addresses. They have the same code. How is that? Also, when I called CS and they looked up my phone number that other email that I don’t use is not linked to my account but the accounts have the same purchases, etc but they’re not linked. How is this possible? Is it some type of tracking since I signed up from the device I normally use on my account?

annoying popup
Regular functions work fine, but I cannot understand why every single time I go into the app I get the cookies popup. It is incredibly annoying and no matter what I choose it just keeps appearing.
Change in panty
I have been buying these panties for decades, and I am so disappointed. They are not 100% cotton anymore. There’s a lot of other fabrics in them and they are not the same. Please bring back the originals!!!
Logging in
I can’t even login because every time I try it wants me to create a new account. I just want to see my orders and I can’t.
Won’t process payment
I’ve tried every way to process a payment but it keeps having an error pop up thought it was just the app…. Nope same thing on their website. I wanna buy their brand but they won’t let me.
Worse app out there
Worse app out there. Unbelievable. Every single time I use it, it takes forever to get it going. Absolutely ridiculous.
Make your buttons work.
I could play a random person from discord $40 to code these buttons to actually work better than they do. I shouldnt have to click click click click click click click click click & get no response from the app or click one & wait 3 minutes for nothing to happen. Make your buttons work properly.
Doesn’t load
Idk if it’s just me that’s struggling but my app doesn’t load anything. I keep having to use safari to check my account and view my order process
Limit on likes
I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I really like it! It’s easy to use and deals are good! My one minor issue is the limit on likes. There’s probably a reason for the limit but since I’ve used this for years, I have a lot of likes. I keep having to go back and unlike items so I can like new ones. I don’t know if it’d be possible to change though. So otherwise love the app.
