Won’t connect. It finds the TV, says “ready to connect “ then freezes. That’s on an iPad. It can’t find my iPhone when it’s connected to its hotspot. Bluetooth simply can’t find either.

Buttons dont work

None on the buttons work on the remote except the input one. This really sucks because my actual remote stopped functioning yesterday.

Tv won’t open with mobile

With an android I can open the tv with no problem but with any iPhone the tv won’t turn on. But in general the app works once the tv its turned on
