Seems you have to make your home network in secure to use this , looks dangerous by design even if it does something worthwhile.
A SLIGHT PROBLEM.
I have tried this app now for a couple of days, even though I find it not to bad. I do have an issue which is not related to the app makers, Being the TV is a smartTV Hisense 50”Q6SAU. 4K the speakers are under par for quality with the TV that I have. I have got the sound going through my marantz, RV system better quality. Hence using this app the sound can not be operated so have to use the marantz AVR remote which is not to much of a problem but would be better if it was all in one on one App. On the iPhone app. I do think even sound bars would be the same scenario.

Doesn’t work on iPad
Can’t navigate through the app without signing in, can’t see the bottom bar that has the remote button, seems to be blocked by the white bar that you slide to go back to home. App is unusable on iPad because of this

Most unreliable app ever
Considering I paid a lot of money for a tv I could put my own artwork on. And considering this is the only way you can put art work on. It’s not like the Samsung where you can upload via a USB. this app flat out doesn’t work. I have been trying for weeks to even to get through to support they ask questions I don’t even understand. I am getting so furious. Do not my a Hisense Canvas TV. The app is just not worth it. Get a frame tv. My daughter has one. It’s so much easier.

Utterly broken on iPad
Doesn’t have remote control features when used on an iPad, which makes it an entirely broken and useless app.

Useless
The app opens then crashes straight away, freezing in the connect screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times and it simply won’t connect to tv. I had wanted to use the slideshow feature
Quite useless
Before the newer updates, I used this app all the time because you could turn your tv on/off however now you can’t and even when my tv is on most of the time it won’t connect to my phone. Please add the power button back, would be very grateful.
Terrible Interface
Cannot use the TV at all because VIDAA has forced a whole lot of useless apps onto my TVs hard drive clogging it up. It won’t let me remove them and effectively registers it defunct because nothing will stream and it jams. Total nightmare
