User interface is very complicated. Icons are not consistent. Hard to tell if an option is on or off. Does not always connect reliably. Customer complaints app is not stable or easy to use. Up to 3 users allowed each apt. Uses customers WiFi for internet connection so each apt must be configured individually making it an inconsistent setup apt to apt
