You need to return your camera as soon as possible. All you get is a headache with this app. I'm returning my camera today, this app made useless.
Impossible to set up
Does not even recognise the QR Code during setup. Total waste of time and money. I would give no stars if I could. I followed all the instructions and it still would not set up.

My problem logging in has not been resolved. No one has called me back in two days from Ring. Very disappointed!! I have talked to three different technicians with no help.

It us trying steel your info including address and WiFi password. It has nothing to do with Ring and never works with your Ring door bell
