Paid to unlock from ads and what I thought the ability to download my videos for YouTube. It’s so buggy I can’t even get it to remove ads. Please do not use this app. Would also love to know how get my money back. I’m really disappointed.

I just got robbed I paid for a Video Downloader now I got a yearly subscription for garbage it does nothing I going to report this to the authorities. Police, FBI this is a crime.
A month’s subscription does not allow you to download videos
I signed up to try the app for a month at $19.99 and the most important feature, downloading YouTube videos, is either not available with a monthly subscription or the app designer has not made it self-evident in the design on how to access the video download feature. You may have to spend $29.99 to access the full features.

It’s not intuitive at all. I paid for a year and won’t be using it one time. I just wanted to download a video for YouTube and couldn’t figure it out. Terrible app!!!
