Why they want location all the time and not’ while using app’
App sometime doesnt connects and accesses location too much
This app does not connects many a times and eants to access location every now and then. Why does it needs my location and it wants it to be always on.
App doesnt work properly.
The app interface is below average & 90% of the times app doesn't work. Please improve its working. If we are spending this much amount for the VDP. We at-least expect locking and opening of the door properly through the App.

Works but compromises privacy and battery
App requires PRECISE location to be shared ALL THE TIME, even if the app is in background. Why?! This is super bad!
Need improvement
Very bad application, you must put use location information always on, which is useless and the notifications in iPhone 12 mine never ever worked, at least it was working good with iPhone X. I hope there is other app I can use for better notification. One year so far and they didn’t fix this issue I wish that I can get old version when location was not must be on in order to open door.

Very hard to use
Please preform more frequent updates . Its very hard to use the app for the monitor. Whats the point of buying a wireless intercom if the app and connectivity is bad and hard to use.
Needs a lot of work
Good idea. Used to work adequately but since last update won’t connect to the main monitor. Frustrating.
Design very poor
The design of the program is very bad and classic and needs a modern design and solving slow problems and notifications when ringing. The application must launch an update so that you completely change the interface and solve problems

I using the app and the intercom for about an year now.
the app is working great in terms of email notifications and other aspects as in the user manual.
The only app drawback i find is that, In the latest update the app requires the location service to be always on. Doing this it drains a lot of phone battery. Disabling this new tech update will be appreciated.

Connect to main monitor issue
Since the last update (1 month ago), i am unable to connect to my main monitor.
I have tried to cancel and register again. Also uninstalled and installed the app again.

New version app gets disconnected frequently
Too many glitches
Initial versions were good, latest version needs to keep location service switched on all the time. Battery life compromised.
Unable to connect on many occasions.

Poor quality resolution and most of the time has connectivity problems! Useless!

This app is very very bad i m using it on iphone 7 and iphone x on both the phones it disconnects frequently when its needed it never works if i uninstall and reinstall app and try to register with Panasonic intercom again it does not register many times the app and Panasonic wifi video door phone both are useless please dont buy them.

Doesn’t work 80% of the time
I’m forced to use this app as it’s the only option Panasonic gives me but I’m not at all satisfied with this app as it does not give me the “key” button to open the electronic lock 80% of the time.

Misleading
Only works on WiFi. Surely the software exists to make this work on mobile data. Then it would be truly useful. Please fix. Your advertising implied this happened.
