Stopped working after 1 use

I tried deleting and downloading the app again and it did not work. It’s pricey for the app not to work. There was no where to submit for help. When I went to submit feedback the app would crash. I want a refund.

Needs update

This app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. Purchased the pro a year ago and this app doesn’t work since.. cannot get this thing to keep playing my playlist without stopping and crashing on its own. I want an update or refund at this point.

It works

I have an older Apple device that Apple is refusing to allow to update so not all the apps work anymore but this one does and I have converted many lectures so I can listen without wifi. I’m not sure why some videos won’t convert but I can always find one that will so I’m not missing anything.
