Stopped working after 1 use
I tried deleting and downloading the app again and it did not work. It’s pricey for the app not to work. There was no where to submit for help. When I went to submit feedback the app would crash. I want a refund.
Needs update
This app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. Purchased the pro a year ago and this app doesn’t work since.. cannot get this thing to keep playing my playlist without stopping and crashing on its own. I want an update or refund at this point.

I have an older Apple device that Apple is refusing to allow to update so not all the apps work anymore but this one does and I have converted many lectures so I can listen without wifi. I’m not sure why some videos won’t convert but I can always find one that will so I’m not missing anything.

Simple review
Decent app, does what it says it will, there’s an option for some paid bonuses such as unlimited importing and such. Recently I’ve been unable to convert/download anything which is my only concern. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it, still cannot download things, the app is pretty much useless now (the things I already downloaded were deleted). Not sure if this has to do with a new update or just my wife connection but if it is just my connection, I’ll change my review.

No longer downloading despite having pro version
Where did the download option go? It worked last week and today it’s not there. My subscription renewed in March and I have used this app since. Can this be fixed?

When I apple brought subscription option, sellers are put too expensive price and I don’t think it’s worth it their applications. If they make understandable prices I can subscribe it, but that’s not wort it or I can find cheaper options or free options. When you do this you loose more customers I think. Thanks

Read this, nice and slow.
How can you even call yourself a converter app when you have to pay money to convert from mp4-mp3. MP3 to mp4 sure cool, but I need my song to be in mp3 version so what good does that do. Only giving 2 stars because mo3-mp4 works fine.

SO SIMPLE, super quick to do a basic conversion even for someone who’s a complete troglodyte! And with the FREE version I could save to my phone! TEN STARS! Holy Pro Version Batman, I wonder what the heck you can do with that!!!

Good converter, mostly accessible
I’ve been using this converter on and off. I find is pretty good. As a blind person, using voice over on the iPhone, it can be a bit clunky but it does work for what I needed to do, which is convert from one video format to another and from video to audio. Recommend to users with good skills.

I use this to edit some of my music, I enjoy using the app would rate 4 stars but being my old iPhone broke and I’m no longer connected to that iCloud account my pro purchase isn’t even acknowledged now anytime I try to recover my purchases. I’m still being charged monthly for it as well. So let’s get me that account back or cancel that old account and I’ll change the rating

Used to be great
This used to be an amazing tool. Sure you were limited to a single form to convert downloads but beyond that it worked fine. You could save things elsewhere and share without any issues, but now all of that has been gated behind a subscription. Wish I never updated this app.
Scam! Stole $10 from me. Can’t even get one conversion
If you click tech support it brings you to some guys Instagram page. So I don’t know how to resolve this issue. Check for yourself

Multiple devices with premium
I like the apps bf what it does. I subscribed to premium on my iPhone. However, when I downloaded the app to my iPad it won’t allow me to use the premium features. The app continues to tell me that I am signed up for premium while still refusing me access to its features. Is there anything I can do about this? I’m afraid to delete it from my phone and place it on the iPad alone because it may not work again. Please advise

Fix this!!
The app is good, I wanted to do a second video but the video didn’t show. I reseted my phone it didn’t work, I deleted the videos, it didn’t work. Please fix this glitch. It’s very irritating.

This app took my money. I was trying to use it simply to convert a video to an audio file. I understand that in order to do that you have to pay for the pro version, however I did not go through with function. I noticed that I accidentally made a subscription but canceled it immediately after... however the app still took $24 from me and I don’t know how to get it back...I am not using the app nor do I plan to... and yet I paid for a full year membership? I need a refund immediately... please... can someone help me with this?
