How do you cut?

I went to cut my video. I click the start here and the end here on the moments I want to cut out of my video. Guess what. THERE’S BUTTON OR THING TO CLICK TO FINALIZE THAT WHAT YOU WANNA CUT IS GOING TO BE CUT OUT. It doesn’t let me cut anything else out even though I couldn’t cut the first thing out. Trash app. Doesn’t even work.
