Too buggy
While I like the magazine it’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to see the latest issue that you subscribed for! This has actually happened on numerous occasions and updates that promise ‘bug fixes’ seem to not address this at all. I’m not a review writer but I find this to be disgusting and had to finally say something about it, and I see other users feel the same.

Cannot see the latest issue
I have been using the App but recently, it has stopped showing the latest issue so I’m unable to download even though I have an active subscription. This is unacceptable! What year is this? We have been reading digital magazines for years.
The updates are killing it
This app used to be good, but with every update they make it worse and worse. Can’t even get the new issue anymore

I have a hard time reading the magazine without my glasses and little light. But with the app I no longer need either one to enjoy the awesome information Videomaker Magazine.
A great example
It's November 16th and there is still NO November issue! Putting a 'lite' version is not good enough!

Nice job on the updated version. As always, good job with the nice quality pics and articles. I've been a reader of the paper magazine for years. Reading it on the tablet is even better with the quick links.

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. December download is terminally hung up and I can't download the current magazine because of the stalled download.
App says I need to upgrade but App Store says I have the most current version.

December issue problem (Resolved)
Videomaker repaired an issue with the December 2012 issue. All is well now. Generally, this is a great way to read a great magazine.
Total waste of time and money
I have been complaining about this for over a year. It seems that every time there is a new issue I have to update my app to view it. I just went to App Store and they tell me it is up to date. It still won't complete upload. Every time I do update, I have to re-download all my issues. Now I can't do that because December is still downloading. I am finished CANCEL.

I cannot download the new issue. Older issues are missing pages. Please send me a hard copy or cancel my subscription and refund my money...don't buy until they fix this, it's a ripoff.

I can't get my latest issue until I uninstall and reinstall and even then it freezes on the processing stage! Please fix or I will cancel my subscription!
Can't update app
I liked this magazine, but the December issue is stuck in a loop! After downloading the latest issue, I get a message that says I need to update the app for this issue. I can't! Paid for it, but I can't read it.

Won't work
As above, completely useless, won't work and gives a message saying upgrade app when no upgrade is available. Waste of ,obey and time. Have uninstalled / reinstalled and still not working on my ipad mini.

I like the magazine but the app doesn't work. In the past some pages wouldn't show. Now the app won't launch.
So now I can't view any of my back issues. I feel I am out a year of subscriptions. I would recommend you stay away from this app.
