I rent a movie made a payment as well but later it says video unavailable. Tried to contact the agent but no response, no reply of emails, messages. Please don’t make any purchases.

Meet my satisfaction
I rented PujarSarki nepali movie and paid NZ$5.11. I got some trouble when logged in but I contacted with customer service. It was great customer service that I got from them. There was some technical reason that I was unable to log in. But after few days later, they sort it out and I watched the movie. It was great movie and good picture quality. I highly recommend this app for new Nepali movie who really want to watch online. Thanks VideoPasal App, love this app🩷

Great app
For people who leaving abroad can't always manage to go the cinema when Nepali movie releases and also the fact that nepali movies stay in the cinema theaters for a short time only, this app is really useful. To get to watch nepali movies in affordable prices is really amazing. It is beautifully designed and has all the features. Great job developers.

After paying, the older app does work and can update anything. Now I could not watch the movie.

I purchased a movie online from videopasal.com now the iOS app doesn’t work. What a trash. The app just gives an error message on the app screen, says “something is wrong”. Lol
How to update this app
How do you update it,it says something went wrong update an app if youre using an older verson

The app sudeenly stop and i cannot see the moviee, the money was cut from my account and i dont get anywhere to fix my issues, for customet satusfaction there should be a place to report when problem arise
About payment
Totally disappoint with this app. I paid twice but still asking for the payment. Worst app ever seen
Movie not available
Almost all of free movies listed shows as not available. Very hard to trust when you list fake movies that are not available. How would I trust you won’t scam me like with the free movies after paying for it? 0 trust 100% scam.

Videopasal is a great app to watch Nepali movies online. The movies are great and the app is easy to use on any devices.

Need More Features and Options
The app is excellent but I wish there was option to pay monthly membership instead of paying for every movie like new ott example Kantipur cinema has and there should be feature such as other ott after watching movie if you close app and come back gives you options to start where you left off , and sometime app is laggy
