This app is probably not even related to the actual HeyGen which I use on desktop. The app is basic, unusable, and should be removed from the Apple App Store immediately.

It's not working
I paid for a yearly premium subscription. But the app doesn't work. I have already written 2 letters to support and nobody has answered me yet. I wrote the first letter on 12.08.23 and the second on 12.20.23. Either return the money or make the app work!
Doesn't work as stated
Even with premium there's a watermark. You cannot hear sound in the app, nor can you login to your HeyGen online account. I suspect this app is a knockoff of the online version. I want my money back.

not realistic at all! The voice is strange, like Google Assistant. And it is impossible to remove tags from videos with the application logo, although I bought the premium version.

If you absolutely have to make a disabled chimp laugh, this app makes the text to video content that will amaze you at how low tech and rubbish it is! The avatar is frozen while the mouth movement looks less impressive than those 1980s mouth cut out videos. I recommend this app if u need to waste money on something that delivers material u can never use seriously, to add to the laughs the speed of the speech is so fast and ridiculous without pausing at commas and full stops.

Great AI App
I have just started using this app to produce social media content for my personal business profile and will expand this for my businesses as well. I have a fully customized pro avatar and audio so without having to physically record anything I can produce large amounts of content. The custom visual avatar is, if little repetitive, extremely realistic, it just needs emotion controls to make it the perfect solution. The custom audio is a little robotic at present but I'm sure as the technology develops this will improve. However, there is an easy way around this and that's too record the audio and it’s software will then map the avatar to the audio and hey presto - Overall its technology is a fantastic solution and I'm really looking forward to seeing how this rapidly develops with AI.
