I am beyond mad mad is not even the word I downloaded the app January 2 2024 and I immediately canceled and you guys go charging my card and took money out not to mention that every time I called it was say nation wide outrage I reported you guys as a scam and now the phone doesn’t even ring SCAM SCAM SCAM FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!! FYI ONLY REASON WHY I GIVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!

Services not rendered
After their little email about their contracts going array. The services don’t work and I still got charged my 69.99 for a monthly. I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be charging customers for services they can’t even use.
Don’t Waste Your Money!
I never write reviews but this is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. If this review keeps even one person from wasting their money I will consider it worth writing. First they offer a free week trial and say they will notify you before they start charging you, well that didn’t happen. Second your first month is supposed to be $20 no matter what plan you choose, so I went with the plus and got charged the full $69.99 again with no notification. Third I’ve tried contacting support by calling (3 times) and then put in a ticket through the support page with no response. Please don’t waste your money, there’s a reason they only have 2.5 stars and I don’t understand how they even have that.

Couldn’t watch
Crashed and logged me out constantly. The entire time I couldn’t use the guide so I never knew what was live. I had 2 days left of my account and it logged me out and wouldn’t let me back on.
Worthless garbage
This service was a waste of money even at the $20 promotional rate. The UI is terrible and most of the time the service doesn’t even work anyway. Meaning that anytime I try to watch something, no matter what it is or what device I’m on, it won’t play.
