Very bad experience.

I had to use the app for fellowship interview. I had technical difficulties while recording the video and when I refreshed the page I received the website message telling me that I completed the process which I didn’t. I contacted the technical support team which advised me to contact the program to reset the interview. Despite receiving multiple invitations to repeat the interview, every time I open the link it tells me that I completed this step which I didn’t.
I probably lost my opportunity with that program which was my first choice program. So disappointed and wouldn’t recommend at all. I lost very big career opportunity because of very bad application!

What a failure

Why would you not make the video recording ability run in a browser, instead of making people download an APP?? 😩 JFC

Garbage

Not sure why it’s even considered for interviews, error after error, sometimes the interviewer has a life, at what point does hours of troubleshooting, make a job not worth the trouble.

Not Great

I only used the app for an interview because the web browser would not allow me to flip to my front facing camera. I spent quite some time trying to figure that out (I consider myself pretty tech savvy at 25 years old) but it wouldn’t allow me to do it. No big deal, I’ll use the app.

The app was alright, other than the fact that it would freeze and you had to hard restart it to get out of an endless buffer wheel. This happened a couple times when I would push “stop recording” after I answered the question. When it happened, it wouldn’t save the answer but still counted as a take (I only got 3 takes per question). Interviewing is scary enough as it is for me. I have a lot of anxiety normally and the times the app stopped working were really frustrating because I really liked the takes I had that didn’t save. This is also annoying because the last thing I want to do when I’m interviewing is get frustrated and get put into a bad mood. Especially when you’re trying to impress.

Needless to say, not very pleased with the app/company, as it could have a direct impact on whether I get the job or not.

Good tech support, but an awful app

I recently was offered a job interview through this platform. It was an absolutely terrible experience. The interview was seven questions, each limited to a two minute response, and yet it took me almost three hours to complete the interview due to numerous technical problems. Frequently the app would crash or freeze and this would use up one of my limited attempts to answer questions; luckily the agency I was applying to had a policy of allowing resets in cases of technical problems, because on three separate occasions I encountered a problem so severe that I would not have been able to finish the interview process without getting the question reset by tech support. Tech support was helpful and polite...if you are forced to use this app, make sure to take screenshots of any error messages so you can provide them if tech support requests proof of errors. This process was so terrible that in the future I would consider withdrawing a job application rather than using this platform a second time. It would also make me reconsider whether I wanted a relationship with any company using this app for remote interviews...why a reputable agency would use a service like this?
