Cannot upload a video longer than 10 minutes
I create demos of another mobile app so I have to screen record on my phone. When I try to upload two Viard with the Viard mobile app, it will automatically trim the video to a maximum length of 10 minutes so a good chunk of the demo recording is cut off.

It takes several try’s to upload a video.
Upload issues
I like the app but when I want to upload a video it takes me to the oldest videos rather then the new ones. So I have to scroll all the way past 100s of videos to upload.
Missing some functionality
I love using Vidyard and the desktop/web application, but this mobile app misses the mark.
Really need to be able to see the metrics and details that you can view on the web application.

Love it if/when it works
This app is awesome when it works. Unfortunately I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 and the app fails when I try to take video. I have emailed back and forth with them asking for help to no avail.
It's too bad because I loved using this app to send videos to prospects.
Unfortunately, I will need to find a better option since I cannot get help with the bugs the app is currently experiencing.

Please bring in some of the functionality of the desk top, such as record screen.
Don’t waste your time!
It’s impossible to even set up an account - I have spent hours (nearly a day) trying, with many email addresses. Then went to the website and that also doesn’t work??
Video does not record sound!
Pretty fundamental really. Notice you had a review back in November 2021 mentioning this and you still haven’t sorted it out 2 months later. Really doesn’t inspire confidence in both your product or company. Come on Vidyard! Pull your socks up!
Love the app except for using it on the phone
The application itself is really great. The statistics part is what I need. If you can’t get that on your phone and only be able to record and see videos, kind of useless. I use this for business outreach, so I have to stick to my PC version. Other than that this is a cool app.

My company made us start using Vidyard to stay in contact with customers. It’s awful don’t do it.
No sound
No video plays sound on 14.8.1. The whole platform is quite buggy but bit hearing sound on a video app is a pretty big fail
Clearly aren’t focused on mobile development atm
The app crashes regularly. I upload videos and it comes out distorted or in weird colors. It’s just a pain to use.

Works good business
I pay for Vimeo and also use YouTube. This product is better than Vimeo and can be very integral part of my business. I just uploaded 5 videos that Vimeo would have stopped me saying I used up my bandwidth. I am over Vimeo!
