Mostly useless
Absentee customer service. Cannot control windows. Cannot reset password. Cannot get a response from customer support.
Buggy App for Years
This app has been horrendous for 2 years. Oftentimes it does not load and will not recognize the password. If you do the “forgot password” process you will likely receive an “error while resetting password” message.
When the app does let you sign in it will often freeze or shut down and not save or show settings. There are only 4 options for darkening the windows, but it is not clear if the lowest setting has 0 darkening or if once the window has darkened there is no setting it back to 0; my apartment has a preset schedule so it is not something I can set a time for to prevent at this time and can only use the override function that doesn’t work half the time.

Absolute garbage and a security risk
I legitimately cannot stand this app. It’s so buggy, constantly signs me out, I ran into an issue where I needed to reset the entire account, etc etc.
My favorite part is how according to this page there’s no data collected, yet this company is constantly involved in data leaks. I’ve had this app for about 1 year and there’s been 2-3 data leaks according to apples password manager. Just insane. Do not reuse a password here…

Unreliable
Impossible to edit "views" or "schedules" because it keep saying there are conflicting schedules when there isn't a single schedule set.
Great Concept, Terrible Execution
The app is super buggy and crashes whenever I try to update a schedule in the “Sleep In With View” tab.
App also does not like when one schedule ends and another begins immediately (Ex. Zone 4 ends at 9:00am, Zone 1 starts at 9:00am). Must leave a gap of time for the app to allow and execute the schedule.
I wish I could avoid schedules entirely, but the built-in View Intelligence results in very strange decisions, like using the darkest setting (Zone 4) on cloudy afternoons or the brightest setting (Zone 1) on bright, sunny days.
Please fix the bugs. The product is awesome when it works, but the app issues make this a major headache 😔
