The company I work for started using this app quite a few years ago. I love the concept of it, and it does work, but it is VERY slow. When I click an employee name to add, it takes 3-5 minutes for them to show up and be able to enter their time. This was never an issue with the original version. I also don’t like that I can’t look back at previous weeks time cards, but that may be a setting that my shop has setup

Terrible
From trying to log in to the app, failing to save, the crashing, and having to hit sync manually. Just wish I could at least use this app on my phone and tablet but phone wants me to provide a company portal but gives me no way to paste or type in the box.
Gets the job done
Would like the option to have time increments. My company uses 15 min increments.
Slow
App is slow and crashes a lot. Often times when I start a new day I have to delete the timecard 2 or 3 times before it will copy the previous days.

Clitchy and from productivity point of view it’s more work.
Good concept
The concept of the app is great. It is easy to use and straight forward once you learn to use it. Problem is the performance, it’s spotty at best. We have been dealing with the glitches and performance problems for 2 years now and it’s to the point that our guys won’t use it anymore and they use the web browser. There is huge potential IF they could get those issues taken care of but until then, it’s just too frustrating for the guys to use.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews of the app, but I have been pleasantly surprised at the app performance! Our field workers have found it easy to navigate and to enter their time in. Even our people who claim they aren’t good with technology have picked it up super fast! I love that you can use windows authentication to log in! I can’t wait to see the continued improvements.

Quite possibly worse than VFT legacy
Buggy from the get go. Enrollment bugs, sync bugs, clunky interface and limitations. Quite possibly worse than the legacy iOS app - which is quite a feat.

Lousy app. Clumsy interface, counter intuitive, too many key strokes required to accomplish the basic and simple tasks, continuous bugs!

Not better than the web portal
We’re currently using ViewpointOne (keystyle) Employee Portal for employee time card entry and approval. This app is not an improvement on the web portal so at this stage we won’t be rolling it out in our business. If improvements are made to make the app more stable, more intuitive and easier to use than the web portal then we’ll reassess.
