App doesn’t work on Apple’s latest 9th generation iPads

Fixed a few issues I had before but still a crappy app. Difficult to navigate. Logging in is a nail bitter sometimes your in sometimes you get a cannot log in contact admin. Sometimes app won’t let you click log in at all. Hope other employers see this before they’re employees have to use this.
Viewpoint needs IT help
Viewpoint definitely needs to hire app programmers that can fix these glitches. I work for a company of 500+ employees that are clocking in/out, reporting production, equipment usage etc and this app has been nothing but glitchy from the beginning. It does work but requires constant refreshing, deleting/reinstalling the app, etc. Asking construction foreman and supervisors to do that more than once a week is a hassle and our guys are getting frustrated constantly. Disappointed overall in this investment.

Glitchy and Slow
170 union employees reporting their time using this app. It works ok for some, but is extremely glitchy for others. Doubles up hours randomly. New service management work order numbers take hours to show up in the app. App users cannot see zero hour entries for sick or vacation days. App users have to use the clear data button frequently. Need a way to tell when an employee is done entering time for the week and to feel confident that the hours the employee sees in VFT match what shows in FTC. Very slow to look up service management work order numbers. Need more visible or intuitive method to switch from Job Cost to Service Management. Green “labor distribution saved successfully” bar is annoying and in the wrong place on the screen.

Let Keystyle take this piece over. Throw this in the garbage.
SLOW
Incredibly slow when selecting a job number. A 15 second process on the last app now takes 5 or more minutes to complete.
Great App!
This product has come along way. It is very simple to use, great features and is very intuitive. Very happy with the progress. User for 5+ years now
Slower/Glitchy
App is much slower and does not interface as well as the old Field Time.
