this platform is in dyer need of a functioning app for reviewing and commenting on drawing through workflows.
Far better off using the web browser which is a shame.

Viewpoint Mobile
I use viewpoint for every project I’m involved in at work. The app makes navigating folders much easier on the iPad to download the latest and greatest drawings and documents.
Very poor. Little capability
This app is very poor. Long winded and all you can do is look at drawings and documents. You can’t see odd respond to RFI or look at, mark up and approve drawings that have been auctioned to my firm.
Our contractor wants all markups done through 4projects however the capability isn’t there to do it either on the app for iPads or using the website through my iPad. On the website you can open and markup a drawing however using the website through my iPad you have reduced function. No bubble function or edit existing markups.
A large part of the workflow through 4p is to do with RFI’s, viewing, marking up and approving drawings. Viewpoint construction software need to provided a better app for iPad if they want people to use there system more efficiently.

Viewpoint issues
As mentioned by others, when opening drawings you only get half the doc. Drawing title etc is blacked out. Random markings all over drawings as well. If they fix these issues it would be excellent. When will this be solved Viewpoint???
