Finding my way back
I’m just getting started via the free trial but will absolutely be upgrading to the yearly membership. I’d been away from meditation for a while, been wanting to get back but there’s always an excuse. The app removes the barriers that were blocking me from coming back. No longer need to search YouTube for hours to find the right guided meditation, where I’d ultimately just give up and move on. If you’ve been meaning to get back into it, this could be the way.
