Safety problems and horrible shipping prices
I ended deleting my account after their discord was hacked and nuked due to them having bad safety protocols i only ordered once and never again item I ordered was a small box that weighed only 2 pounds (I weighed once it came) I was charged $70 DOLLARS even with “discounts” id at least expect quick shipping… yeah no took over a month and more. I ended up reordering the same item on Cainiao and shipping there was only 22 and took only 2 weeks dont waste your time there’s better options

This app is a scam
SCAM!SCAM! SCAM!! I ordered from here still saying my order is in the warehouse waiting to be shipped for 3 weeks now. I tried sending a message no respond at all.. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, IT IS ALL A LIE

The prices are cheap at first, then you have to pay an outrageous shipping.Then you try to get help and they just ghost you on the chat.

The app doesn’t even load
Every time I click on it, it says connection timed out. I’m in my house with Wi-Fi so you can’t even pull the app up to even shop on it.

I purchased an item about 2 weeks ago never shipped, then I try to start a refund and it is extremely hard to get in contact with any real person and very hard to even try to get help on the app. Do not download go look else where‼️

Upon spending money the items are shipped to a factory then they want more money to ship I hope I can get my money back because I don’t trust it any type of customer service doesn’t have a number and doesn’t load to talk to an agent in the app
