It was really easy to set up and the photos and videos uploaded to my Camera roll in chronological order so that was nice.
Horrid Design Flaw
DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!!! Unless you want all of your photos deleted by a simple misclick. Want to delete a photo? Be careful because the button right next to it deletes them all!

The camera and the app are not syncing and the camera’s WiFi connection never stays connected!!! Horrible decision by far! I returned my first camera and they sent me another one to see it the issue was resolved. NOPE! I can’t retrieve anything filmed or captured on the app. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAMERA!!

Doesn’t like to connect and you have to use Wi-Fi. It won’t use Bluetooth on your phone.
If I hadn’t waited too long to try to connect this, I’d be sending it back to Amazon very disappointed
OK, not great
Connecting the camera’s wifi to my phone is usually pretty easy, but often my most recent photos don’t show up in the app unless I disconnect then reconnect several times. Sometimes it does work, though. I’m annoyed enough with the connectivity that I am considering am purchasing a different camera.

When we were working on trying to set it up, it was really hard to work with.
No Live Video
Even though it records I’m not getting a live video. Im attempted to uninstall, reinstall, forget device and reconnect WIFI a few times but nothing. How can this issue be fixed?

This app is amazing because it allows you to be able to control your camera from your phone and take your own pictures when needed, but the only annoying part is that trying to connect the camera is sometimes really difficult, but other than that this app is great.

WiFi won’t connect
Like other users, I’ve done everything right but can’t connect WiFi to iphone. Main reason I bought the camera. Complete failure right before leaving on trip. Sad.

Appears great just in the begging
Took some pictures on the camera and they appear as saved but when I open the app they simply don’t appear to download, I’ve tried taking off the chip and putting it back, also tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it ended up being worse, all the pictures are the same. Overall I’ve had a good experience since this new issue, I used to be able to see all the pictures and download them, now I don’t even know if I can have the pictures I took, on my phone.
