About
Viki turns your house into one place you can actually talk to. Every room, device and person lives in a single structured model of your home. On top of it sits an agent that knows what that model says, answers in plain language, and acts within permissions you set.
WHAT IT DOES
- Ask what is going on. "Is anything still on downstairs?" "How much did we draw from the grid today?"
- Tell it what you want. Lights, climate, shutters, doors, cameras, energy - it works out which devices are involved.
- It takes initiative. When something needs you, Viki says so instead of waiting to be asked.
- A living view of the house, where lights actually glow and shutters sit at their real position.
ON THE CHANNELS YOU ALREADY USE
Talk to your house in the app, on Telegram or on WhatsApp, and let it read plain email too. Each channel carries its own trust level, so consequential actions stay on strongly authenticated ground.
AUTOMATIONS
Triggers on time, on device state, on weather - and on what your cameras see. Anything that opens a door or a gate asks for your approval in the app first.
YOUR CHOICE OF BRAIN
The agent runs on the model you choose: Anthropic, any OpenAI-compatible API, or an endpoint on your own hardware. You choose the brain, Viki provides the body.
OPEN BY DESIGN
Every house exposes a Model Context Protocol endpoint, so you can point Claude, your editor or any MCP client at it with a personal token, under your permissions and never more. Provider modules run in sandboxed workers and the module SDK is open.
REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT
Viki requires a Viki account and an active house subscription. Connecting your own devices requires the accounts you already hold with their manufacturers.
