The following facilities are available:

> Multimedia Control (TV on / off switch, TV Channels switch, TV Volume control)
> Climate Control (Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Humidification, Dehumidification, Shading)
> Security - Access Control (Door Lock control)
Implemented using Z-Wave wireless technology, the solution can be installed in new houses, houses under construction and houses in use, just as well, without requiring substantial changes to any of them.
