App freezing
Great variety of dramas available, but the app is super buggy! I’ve been having an issue where if I pause a video, it will freeze and be unable to start back up. I googled some troubleshooting, and have tried everything it says, and the issue persists. My app doesn’t need an update. I’ve force closed the app, rebooted my phone, logged out and logged back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, and still can’t get the episode to play right. Another issue I’ve had is that sometimes the audio for commercials will start playing over the drama. You can pause the drama, the audio for the commercials will play with the paused drama onscreen, and when the commercials are over, the drama will sometimes start back up, but sometimes it won’t start back up. So frustrating. I’ve wanted to get Viki pass in order to get access to more dramas, but I’m not sure it’s worth it with such a terrible user experience.

Ok please make The muse of section e free
Dear Viki team,
I’m writing because I really love The Muse of Section E, and I wanted to make a request that I know would mean a lot to many fans of the series.
Would you please consider making all of the episodes available to watch for free? I completely understand that Viki needs subscriptions to support the platform, the creators, translators, and everyone who works on the shows. However, it would be amazing if The Muse of Section E could be available for free with advertisements, even if viewers have to watch a few ads before or during each episode.
There are many people who really want to watch the entire series but aren’t able to get a Viki Pass. Some viewers might only be able to watch free content, and having the full season available with ads would give everyone a chance to enjoy the story from beginning to end.
The Muse of Section E has a lot of fans who are excited about every episode, the characters, the friendships, the funny moments, and the story. It would be so disappointing for fans to discover that they can’t finish the series simply because the remaining episodes require a subscription.
Making the episodes free with ads could also help more people discover the show and Viki itself. Someone who watches the series for free might enjoy Viki so much that they decide to watch other shows on the platform in the future.
I’m not asking for Viki to remove subscriptions completely. I’m only asking if you could consider giving fans a free-with-ads option for The Muse of Section E, even if there are more advertisements or a short waiting period between episodes.
Please consider this request from the fans who really love this series. Having the opportunity to watch all of the episodes legally and for free would make so many viewers happy.

Best streaming service
I have been a Viki member for some time now. It keeps me going on a positive level. My mobility is not good and being able immerse myself in my favourite drama series allows me to explore other countries and their cultures. I love it, thank you.

I love Viki has tons of shows I don’t pay for the subscription, but I still get a ton of options paying for the subscription also has its benefits but it’s too expensive for me. The only downside is the ads.
Needs improvement
I like this channel.
The only things I don’t like are
1. The skip intro button doesn’t work.
2. Viki takes too long to download some upcoming episodes which kills the vibe of the series.
3. The ending skip button runs too quickly.
