Paid version doesn’t play
After playing the free demo, I paid the $5.99 to purchase the rest of the game. After a multiple tries and assurances from Apple that the purchase went through the game would still not play. The charge did go through my bank.

Eigentlich gefällt mir das sehr Spiel gut, nur kann man es per „in App“ nicht mehr kaufen. Apple sagt k auf i.o. Aber die App erkennt den Kauf nicht an.

Viking saga 3 can’t access paid content -extremely frustrating
I just spent an hour going around in circles on the company’s website, entering ‘send us a message’ about 12 times. It just says I can’t as I haven’t paid for the game, which is WHY I was trying to contact support. Wasn’t given access to the full game despite paying. I get: “Your free trial is over so you can’t do that (send a message)” DOH! Your support needs work!

Love the game and I have purchased it but…
No matter how many times I try, it won’t unlock. I choose upgrade, App Store says purchased already, I choose the already paid button and that tells me I didn’t purchase it. Please help unlock it.

Upgrade doesn’t work
Really enjoyed this game enough to pay the £5.99 to go ad free and access more features etc. massively frustrated that the upgrade won’t apply however leaving me still having to watch lengthy ads to do anything. Tried several times on both WiFi and mobile data but nothing.

Upgrade billed but not delivered
I have loved Qumran games and have never had a problem before, but with this installment I have. On 9/25/24 I purchased the upgrade to no ads and it said the purchase went through. The game then says I never purchased it and tells me it is a server issue and to check my internet connection. If I try to purchase it again, it says I already purchased it and offers to download again for free.
I emailed support with screen shots of each step of the broken process but they never responded.
Now I got the email from apple that the purchase went through. So today I went through the whole process again to see if it was fixed, but it is the same.
I have had to request a refund through apple and am waiting on a response.
I even had to delete and redownload the game to leave this review because it said I didn’t own the game!!!
I have invested an hour or more of my time so far for a $6.48 charge. I’m done with Qumaron.

Can’t get game even though paid
You pay but it doesn’t acknowledge your payment and you still have to watch the adverts….paying is a con. Reached out for support on the 3 Viking games but they say they are busy and ghost you.
Don’t buy full game
Played the free levels and enjoyed them so tried to buy full game for £5.99. The game said after trying to buy the game said it couldn’t connect to server but I had already bought game so would I like to play for free. I still couldn’t get into the full game but then discovered I had been charged £5.99 anyway. Now trying to get a refund.

Love, but..
It is so difficult to play on iPhones. I’m stuck on level 39 because it won’t let me access the bottom right fire to be able to move towards the cave. A lot of levels you have to tap around and hope you hit something, but the timer or other bars are in the way.
iPad issues
Love this game and the series, good distraction for me. But can’t get past level 33 on iPad as the bulldozer button covers the final stone. Tried loads of times, including shrinking screen etc etc very disappointing
Great Game
Thoroughly enjoyed this game. First time I’ve played it so now I’m going back to play Viking saga 1 and Viking saga 2.
