The app doesn’t work
Simple enough, the app just doesn’t work. The QR code doesn’t function and I am shown as having no monthly club subscription despite my card being charged. Poor.
RFID doesnt work
I have a top wah sub, RFID doesn’t work on left bay… and then the right bay gets closed… scanner won’t read UPC… what am I paying for??,
Token doesn’t work
I have a too wash monthly subscription and the last two visits, I generate a token and the machine won’t read it. I have had to pay for two washes separately (because there was a line behind me) even though I have a membership.
