Failed to register password
So I’ve seen great reviews on this app but wasn’t able to make a password to get into the app. If someone could help me with that I’d love to give this 5 stars.
Needs a dark mode
This app needs a dark mode. It’s blaring light at night is blinding. Will increase stars once this is implemented.
Worthless
Won’t let you create a password that actually is accepted. Every password fails to be accepted. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app with same results. Useless
Doesn’t work
The app quit working and it doesn’t even recognize my email or phone number?? And it doesn’t give the option of the apartment place I live at when I tried to click “help”. Please get this fixed asap. It’s annoying.

I am disappointed that every time I login I have to enter my email address or phone number.I don’t have to do this with any other app I have.

Place is very beautiful and lots of room Love Apartment is kitchen and dining room the best bathroom is extremely largeThe staff are helpful and fix things asap and they are always very kind and helpful I love it
Broken in latest update
Impossible to dismiss splash screen.
App doesn’t work
I’m unable to move past the authorization screen. I’ve even deleted the app and downloaded it again. It asks for the email or phone number, and after I type that in I receive the code, but the app won’t go past the last number to allow me to check the box to accept the conditions. The cursor freezes on the last number and won’t move beyond that. So at this time the app is completely non-functional.

Matenance team
I have lived here a short amount of time. Have been plenty frustrated several times with situations where I live. Honestly I never expected to move in anywhere and encounter non working issues, amongst others. I am writing this to voice my feelings in regards to maintenance. I have had homes, apartments. Have never had such a capable, timely maintenance to fix and solve all and any problems, complaints I have voiced. The head of maintenance is so great. He puts in the extra thoughts until he comes up with a solution. I’ve run out of how wonderful maintenance here is. I definitely complain quite a bit, but feel they deserve to not only hear complaints. What to thank Steve and his people for the amazing job they do!!

I can fill in my info but when the system tries to send me a code it never comes through.
