Can’t add tickets
Been having trouble adding our passes to the app, have tried multiple times and different ways, a message shows that they have been added successfully but still cannot see the passes in the app.
Refuse to fix known issues
Village roadshow know their app has issue but just don’t care or want to fix it.
Triple the wait time
If you triple the advertised wait time you’ll be less disappointed
Photo upload issue
There seems to be an ongoing issue with uploading photos to the app. I’ve tried multiple photos in multiple formats on my iPhone 17. The error message says:”We’re sorry. There was a problem saving this photo. Please try again.” I’ve followed all the instructions for a clear headshot. An hour of my life I won’t get back - super frustrating.

Deleted tickets
I have previously loaded our annual passes on the app and used them at the parks. Now they have disappeared from the app and when I scan the barcode to re add them nothing happens. I also tried to add my spooky night tickets to the app and nothing happens.
Wait time rort.
The park operators indicate through the app the wait times for the rides. In reality, a 5 minute wait time in the app could be 30 minutes. The operators should be realistic about times and not understate the reality to meet targets or whatever they are measuring against.

We used this in a recent visit to Movie World. The app itself is good - easy to navigate, information where you want, and a good map.
However, arguably the “killer app” is to check wait times and this fails abysmally. It didn’t get it right once in a whole day, often out by 20 or even 30 minutes. If you get in a line expecting a 10-minute wait and it turns into a 45-minute one, there’s nothing that ride can do to cheer you out of ennui.

Poor Experience
The app crashes twice when I tried to pay for the ticket, PayPal was the only payment option that worked. Then the option to add the tickets to my Village account using my order number and password wouldn’t work. Overall a poor first impression.

Confirmation number is letters and numbers, but only lets you do numbers!!!!
