New update is not working. Even when I don’t use CarPlay. Here is the message:

Navigation is in constant. It is constantly changing and having me do a u turn. The standard Villages GPS works great.
Doesn’t Work
I purchased the app not even a week ago and now it won’t load. Link to app support also doesn’t work.

Occasionally I have had malfunctions- on the app, mostly through my own misunderstanding of how to fix it. If you ask a question of the admin, it is answered immediately and is very helpful. Follow up is also great-to see if your issue was resolved!

Restaurants needs updated.
Enjoy the app. Worth the money. Only suggestion is to keep the business listings updated. Found four of the first ten businesses listed, closed for a year. Otherwise, very helpful.
Best App for the Villagers!
Love this app! Gets me (being directionally challenged 🤪) everywhere I need to go. Also, quick response to any questions. Love, love, love!!!!
Do not give these people your money
Makes no sense why you would have to pay to use a map to get around. 🤨 Everything is just a money grab now, people are so greedy. It should be free or AT LEAST show before downloading that there are in-app purchases.
Not functional after update
App can no longer track positioning and direction after update. Rerouting and misdirecting to an extent the core functionality of the app no longer works.
No carplay
Why does this app not work on any carplay devices, car, golf car, or any carplay device? This app would be great with that capability

New to the area and Villages GPS makes sense and made me feel welcome.
When I first drove through TV I was overwhelmed with the amount of area that I was going to learn to navigate. Actually my car has full self driving so I was able to get around by entering my destination into my cars GPS. Now with my new golf cart I was a little nervous about how I would get around. I told this to my wonderful neighbors and they all agreed that Villages GPS would relieve my anxiety. They were so right and when I downloaded it and saw all the additional information on the app it only made me realize that this is the only way to go anywhere in TV. The app is filled with so much important information that it is a must have if you live here. I certainly recommend it to everyone new or even someone that has lived here for years.

Best way to get around in the Villages
Have been using this GPS for over 7 years now and don’t know what I would do without it. Great app and I love it.

This is a great app. It gets me where I need to go. If I ever have a problem I simply email them. They respond very fast with the solution

I love this App. It’s the best way to navigate the golf cart paths within the Villages.
Needs work
Purchased this app based on our friends suggestion so that we can get around the villages on a golf cart. The app does nice job showing locations and trails however it was below average on directions. When we typed in address it started us off then changed directions, it also cut out, it lagged in response .
I had to restart the app 3 times on one trip. I actually opened up my Apple Maps to finally get me back to our rental house.
Once they get this to function well for maps I think it will be great.

Needs Work
The app works about as good as the Free Villages app. Both are helpful but struggle keeping up with the 20mph of a golf cart and loss of connection while going through tunnels.
I used it for a few days and ultimately ended up just using the Free Villages app.
Save the $9 for the time being until things get better.
