Can’t log in

Trying to do firmware update on lenses. This app doesn’t send code to verify phone number or email addresses. Can’t u just let us download the firmware and we move it over to the lens like other manufacturers?

Try using cellular data instead of WiFi if you can’t log in or register

Also be advised, this app does NOT work on lenses with a USB-C connection. It is only for higher end lenses with Bluetooth!
Hopefully Viltrox will eventually update to a more compatible data server & offer descriptions in more languages besides Chinese. That could save some of us a lot of time and aggravation.

Will not connect

Register process flawed. There’s no emailed code - just enter in any 4 digit number. But once you do this you will find it impossible to connect with your lens anyway. So don’t bother
