Unusable at the auction!

The app constantly freezes on me and the bids are closed by the time the vehicle I want to buy loads in fastbook! Dealers if you have the option to choose go with VAuto! This is ridiculously slow and laggy!

Useless

If my company didn’t force us to use this app, I would have deleted it day 1. Constantly has issues with uploading photos, which is one of the primary uses of an appraisal tool. Adds time and frustrations to every car deal. This is a problem between multiple users and platforms. Updates addressing this issue never work. Do not, I repeat, do not use this program.

Awesome Scanner

Always works when I need it. Camera picks up VINs even from far away or in the dark. Can do booking with all the same format and options as I can on my desktop. Worth the money for sure.
