Me solucionaron el malentendido de no reservarme la habitación minusválidos de manera inmejorable. Todo gracias a la responsable y al director del hotel

Fallo en la reserva
Fallo en la reserva de habitación para minusvália. Llegamos a las 12 y nos dicen en recepción que no está lista la habitación, que la prepararan, volvemos a las 15hrs y ya no hay habitación. Nos dan una con bañera, (yo no puedo utilizarla) nos la cambian por una de ducha, pero con un pasillo tan estrecho que seguramente por la noche al pasar tiraré la televisión. Me estoy planteando que no vuelvo más, a pesar de que ahora si han apuntado que necesito de minusvalia (he estado siempre que vengo a Madrid) para próximas visitas y me pregunto porque no lo apuntaron las veces anteriores ?

Arrived today.
The place has a very good service ethos. We arrived late afternoon and received a fantastic service check-in, concierge services were great. Looking forward to our remaining days here.

Overall a nice hotel, with very attentive and helpful staff. However:
Room furniture is quite ‘tired’
TV reception is intermittent
Breakfast is OK, but the hot food is lukewarm
Limited menus in the two al la carte restaurants
Noisy refurbishment work in the room next to us

We came to stay at the hotel due to loosing my father , the hotel and staff are absolutely fabulous, everything is above exceptional.
Everyone member do there jobs above and beyond, nothing is any trouble , we will definitely be back xx

Muy buena App, se pueden consultar los horarios de animaciones, reservar hora para las comidas, abrir la habitación, etc.
Hoteles superiores
Hemos estado en Sevilla en el Vincci la Rabida y ahora en Golf Resort en Sancti Petri y son los hoteles magníficos y el personal súper amable y profesional. Siempre que podemos volvemos a Vincci
