Do you have hours for wifi connection?
Because that is what you’ll need. Or it’ll stop communicating completely and there’s no way to fix it or anyone to help troubleshoot. Don’t buy.
Unreliable
I’ve had this thermostat connected to my 5 ton central HVAC unit for a couple months now. There’s a few negatives I’d like to mention. The thermostat is difficult to connect via the app. You must attempt the connection several times before it actually connects. The thermostat won’t update its software automatically whereas you must manually update it. I’m pretty sure this thermostat caused my hvac’s filter board’s failure due it not being updated therefore causing my hvac to not operate correctly. The thermostat has glitches. The temp settings change without touching them. I would not recommend this product.

App Review
This app needs a lot of fixing. I was really excited when purchasing the thermostat because I would be able to control it from the app but the app crashes all the time and I’m not able to control it from my phone. It hasn’t had an update in over a year. Definitely needs to be fixed.

The app before the updates was not now isn’t responding at all and i can’t control the thermostat any more from my phone i hope you fix that because now the device is worthless.

Update: the app has been fixed. Been using it for a little while and seems ok. If the patch holds, it will be a decent app.

App is a failure

Not a great app
Goes offline a lot! Also, the date and time do not update and the temperature doesn’t update on the phone like it should.

App is garbage
When it works, it is great! However for the last 2 days it will not connect to the thermostat so I have to go manually adjust the temp anyways. It has worked on occasion and it's a great idea but when it doesn't work it is a real inconvenience.
App not working
I am trying to control my thermostat with the app and it is not working. I logged out uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it is still not working, so I am very dissatisfied with this app.
Terrible App, but thermostat works
We recently bought a house that had this thermostat already installed. We have had it for 6 months and it’s been working for us, but we cannot figure out how to set up wifi, it’s pretty complicated and the app is not user friendly. I would give it a 5 stars if I were able to control it with my mobile device, but I’m giving it a 3 stars instead because we haven’t had any issues with the thermostat so far, we put in on auto and have it be on a schedule, which does well. We have never experienced it just turn off or reset itself unexpected. But here’s to hoping 🤞🏼

Alexa control
Sometimes the server will go down when they are doing an update and they are still producing newer models. Every once in a while they shut off the server to do updates on the app be patient give it one or two days when this happens and it should be up and running again to use with your smart speaker.

App needs a fix
Cannot get the app to correctly show what the thermostat settings are. It seems to send the change I am trying to make but does not update on the app itself. Look at all the other poor reviews. The app developer needs to take some pride in their work.

Terrible App
I have tried multiple times to get this app to work properly. It never does. The date and time will not stay on the correct setting, thus the scheduled time/temperature is always incorrect. I cannot adjust the temperature in the app either. I have even tried resetting the thermostat several times. I have had this for 2+ years and at this point wish I never installed this, worst app and thermostat.
