Outdated?? Not good!
I’ve used and depended on vine for years. Now my I phone 16.8 won’t support it. Has to be 17.0. But I guess you can call Vinelink??
This app sucks now
Used to like this app now it doesn’t even respond. I’ve even reinstalled it but it does the same thing. do better!
App no longer works
The app closes out on its own every time I try to open it. No longer works at all.
Stopped working completely
I used this app for four years. About three months ago it just stopped working and won’t even load. I deleted it and reinstalled it but still all I get is a blank white screen with a small message saying”unable to load app” whenever I try to use it. It’s definitely an issue in their end because I also stopped receiving notifications (via email and text) about individuals I signed up to be notified about altogether. Is this app no longer an app anymore? What’s going on with it?

This app worked great for a few months and all of a sudden it kicks me out when I’m trying to put in a name. So over it but it used to be great please fix this pos
When I put a name in, it goes out of the app
I think it’s a useful app, but it’s not working right other people are using it but when I try to download it on my iPhone, and use it when you go to put the person’s name in it takes me back out

You have done a terrible job at developing an app that does not work. Your mission claims to want to notify people in a timely manner and your app is not able to do so. As a victim, this is unacceptable. Your app does not even work NOR does the website, looking up incarcerated inmates constantly shows “no results found.” You should be ashamed, not even law enforcement advises the use of this nonsense.

Maybe I just don’t know what a car looks like, or a bicycle, or anything else for that matter. Or maybe, just maybe, the captchas don’t work. Want to use the audio instead? Good luck - it immediately crashes the app (isn’t this an accessibility problem?)

So many bugs
This app used to be a great tool to use. But you will spend 30 mins trying to verify you’re not a robot. You tap all the right blocks and hit verify and it will send you to another and another and another like Jesus. I doubt a robot is going to be searching for inmates on this app . It’s such a headache

This app is a scam, don’t download it on your phone. It won’t allow you to search because it makes you continuously do captchas and they never end. The app is more than likely a malicious app

Doing a partial name search and there's no search button or anything popping up. And the UI is glitchy and malfunctioning.

Technical issues
I swear every time I use this app, it has so many bugs and technical issues. It’s unbelievable. The app keeps asking you to verify that you are not a robot and it keeps sending you through a series of pictures over and over again nonstop and won’t give you the information in a timely manner making it where you have to keep doing the same thing like 10 times until you get frustrated and just give up They truly need to fix the bugs in this app. And make things easier and faster to obtain the information you’re looking for. If they fix the bugs, it would be a way better experience.
