DESIGN ON REAL TERROIR
• Buy land across 52 real wine regions: Napa, Bordeaux, Barossa, Mosel, Douro, Barolo, Rioja, Willamette and more.
• Draw your blocks on a topographic map. Each one takes its slope, aspect, elevation and soil from exactly where you place it.
• Match 46 real grape varieties to the site. The sun-facing shoulder suits a different grape than the frost hollow below it.
• Set row orientation, trellis and vine density, then build frost fans, irrigation, drainage, roads, a crush pad and a tasting room.
RUN THE VINTAGE
• Vines take years to establish and wine ages for years in the cellar, so several vintages are always in flight at once.
• Live through each season: bud break, flowering, veraison, harvest. Answer a frost warning, disease pressure, a harvest-week storm, or a stuck fermentation.
• Weather is the great risk. The same block makes a different wine every year.
BUILD THE EMPIRE
• Sell through the tasting room, wine club, and distributors, each a real trade-off between price and reach.
• Blend lots at the bench into named cuvées, and grow a following that pays a premium.
